know the item numbers and the size and quantity you need.
2. we send you confirmation letter after get your order information.
3. send the payment to us.
4. we confirm the payment and send out the shoes by door to door
Express mail.
5. give us feedback after you get the shoes.
Shipping policies
1) Shipping is after full payment for any kind of orders. A tracking
number will be given to buyers to check the status of their orders.
2) For shoes we have in stock, shipping is in 1 or 2 days after payment;
for custom shoes or bulk orders, shipping is after production
completed.
3) Buyers pay for all shipping costs.
1. How can nikeshell gets the shoes at the very low price?
It is the factory wholesale price, so our price is much lower than the
street price. AAA quality.
2. Will the shoes come with the original boxes?
Yes, our shoes will come with original boxes & its packing surely. but
you need to pay $3 a boxes if you want.
3. How long does it take for delivery?
For most of orders, we need about 10 business days for delivery
since we have received the payment from you.
4. Will the shoes be delivered to my door?
Yes, we will send the shoes direct to your door by courier.
5. Can I have the courier tracking number for reference?
Yes, the courier tracking number will be forwarded to you when your
shoes have processed our country's customs declaration.
6. Do I need to pay extra for shipping cost?
Yes, our listing prices are without shipping cost. you can see the
shipping costs after you make the order!
7. Can I have compensation if my PACK have missed?
Yes, if the courier lost your shoes, you can have 100% replacement;
we will re-send the shoes to you.
8. What shall I to do if the pack blocked by customs?
Yes, if the pack blocked by customs in your country, you need to try
to get the pack yourself , you can get the tracking number from
nikeshell after the pack delivery, and check the pack where are on
site of express company.
9. What the MIN order on site?
The min order is over 12 PCS total, you can choose different items
